Three Cheers for ILLING: Big Wins at the 2026 NACD Packaging Awards!

ILLING Packaging recently returned from a memorable trip to Grand Cayman for the NACD (National Association of Container Distributors) Packaging Awards. While there, our team attended insightful sessions led by industry experts, heard from inspiring speakers, and connected with fellow packaging professionals.

The highlight? ILLING Packaging proudly brought home three awards recognizing our innovative packaging solutions! It was an incredible opportunity to grow our expertise, explore the latest innovations, and share some of the project's we've been proud to collaborate on with our customers.

Our Award Winners 

Rx Destroyer Kit: Silver 

Our customer wanted a more sustainable alternative to the HDPE wide-mouth bottle used in their at-home medication disposal kit. We designed a lightweight custom pouch with a ventilated closure that matched their existing branding, and the customer was thrilled with its technical and sustainable features. We also developed a custom funnel to add even more value to their product.

Magic Cream & ChafingHero Severe Chafing Balm: Bronze 

This customer needed a tamper-evident nasal tip tube in a 25 mm diameter, but no mold for the tear-away tip existed in that size. Through a global partnership, we designed and produced a brand-new mold to bring their vision to life.

Little Green Curly Hair Cream & Lice Repel Styling Gel: Bronze 

As part of our ongoing collaboration, this customer wanted to reduce their packaging's environmental impact. We incorporated 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content into both the tube and cap, creating a more sustainable alternative to traditional tubes.
