The customer needed a stock, accessible container-and-lid combination that supports easy one-handed dispensing while keeping a secure seal for outdoor use and storage. A wide opening allows quick filling and controlled application directly onto waste, and the durable package protects the powder from moisture while staying lightweight for everyday walks and yard maintenance.

Colored product variants improve visibility once applied, helping users quickly identify treated waste. Clear labeling and a straightforward information hierarchy reinforce ease of use and eco-conscious intent: a practical, problem-solving system that brings a bit of fun to an overlooked category.

A consistent bottle format creates cohesion across the lineup so users recognize the products as one wash family. The structure supports comfortable handling and controlled pouring during hand-wash and foam applications, while durable materials stand up to repeated exposure to water, chemicals, and the garage. Transparent bottles keep product levels and colors visible for efficient workflow and inventory.

Bold label and product color-coding plus prominent naming differentiate each wash type, enabling quick selection by vehicle condition or objective. By treating each wash as a purpose-built solution within a unified system, the design enhances usability, minimizes confusion, and reinforces ECP®’s commitment to performance-driven vehicle care.

We designed a lightweight packaging system that aligned with their existing branding, and the customer was highly satisfied with the pouch’s technical and sustainable features. We also developed a custom funnel as a value-added component to enhance their product offering.

We built a sleek, branded black-boxed kit with six full-sized floor-finishing samples in labeled 16oz PET jars with black caps, plus assorted fan decks of combinations. Samples can be customized to a contractor’s chosen colors and materials, and the box ships easily and converts into a quick countertop display.

We created a custom mold for our customer to use and provided in-house shrink-sleeve application to the bottle: a true one-stop shop.

We sourced three components to elevate the kit: a robust screw-top lid, premium grit-guard inserts to protect vehicle finish, and the 5-gallon wash pail. We chose the brand’s iconic color combination and decorated the package in-house with a custom full-color, diecut, weather-resistant label.

Our customer came with a long list of specifications in both form and function: an oval, clear polypropylene bottle with ergonomic grip recesses, decorated with clear acetate front and back labels, and a closure that only released the adhesive when squeezed. The cap was designed to fit the bottle precisely: grip fins aligned to the sides, with a metal pin to plug the orifice and keep the product from drying out.

A shorter overall profile set it apart on the shelf. The result was the perfect cap-and-bottle combination for DAP’s new product line. It was a complex, intricate project we were delighted to be trusted with.

We created a tube kit that displays well on a countertop and is highly customizable to their products and color combinations. It transports easily for presentations and events, and the individual jars are removable for customized sample sets.

To maximize the trade-show experience, we added a custom ILLING® Company AI Smart Packaging™ NFC tag to the bottom of the tube, giving quick access to Torginol’s website and sample-request form with a tap of a phone.
