Do I need my own design first?

No. You can bring a finished design, or just the concept, and we'll engineer it for production. Either way, we take it from idea to a moldable, production-ready shape.

Do you make the molds in-house?

We create the molds and tooling and run production through our strategic contract-molding network, so you get custom manufacturing capacity without owning the equipment or the plant.

What materials can you mold?

Primarily rigid plastics such as PET, HDPE, and PP, for bottles, jars, pails, and closures. Tell us about your product and we'll recommend the right material and process.

What about minimum order quantities?

Custom programs are built for low MOQs, so you can launch a proprietary package without committing to an oversized run. Exact minimums depend on the tooling and the part, and we'll confirm them up front.

Can you decorate and stock the finished container?

Yes. Decoration runs in-house, and stocking agreements with just-in-time release keep your custom container ready when you need it, so one partner carries it from tooling to the line.
