  • Pressure Sensitive Labeling (PSL)

Vibrant versatility. Pressure Sensitive.

Quick-turn, photo-quality labels for contoured, squeezable, and complex containers. Die-cuts, foil, textured inks, perforations: the broadest decoration toolkit we offer, all labeled in-house under our own solar rooftops.

What We Do

Pressure-sensitive labels are the perfect choice for almost any package, especially complex, contoured, and squeezable containers. Specialty enhancements transform a label into a brand experience.

Three reasons to choose pressure sensitive.

01 — Versatility

Any shape. Any squeeze.

PSL works on almost any container: flat, contoured, squeezable, or complex. We even handle full-wrap labeling and over-ear labeling on plastic paint cans, plus round and F-style metal cans on our high-speed in-house lines.

  • Contoured & squeezable containers
  • Plastic, glass, metal & tinplate
  • Round, F-style & custom shapes

02 — Customization

Foil. Texture. Die‑cut. RFID.

The broadest enhancement library we offer: specialty die-cutting for unique shapes, backside printing, foil stamping, textured inks, multilayer, booklets, perforations, RFID-encoded labels, and more: ways to turn a flat label into a brand experience.

  • Specialty die-cuts & perforations
  • Foil stamping & textured inks
  • RFID-encoded labels for retail

03 — Substrates

Paper. Film. Clear.

Paper, film, and metallic substrates: white, kraft, clear, or specialty. Want the “no label look”? Clear film applied to glass or plastic disappears against the container, so your design floats on the bottle itself.

  • Paper, film & metallic stocks

Frequently Asked

Questions for the record.

Common questions about pressure-sensitive labeling. Reach out if yours isn’t here.

What containers can be PSL labeled?
Almost any package. PSL works especially well on contoured, squeezable, and complex shapes that flat label methods can’t handle. Plastic, glass, metal, and tinplate substrates all accept PSL.
What enhancements can you add to a label?
Specialty die-cutting for unique shapes, backside printing, foil stamping, textured inks, multilayer, booklets, perforations, and RFID-encoded labels, plus more. If you’ve seen it on a label somewhere, we can probably do it.
Can you do the “no label look”?
Yes. Clear film substrate makes the label disappear against the container, so your printed design appears to float directly on the bottle. Common in beverage, spirits, and premium personal care.
What are typical lead times?
PSL is known for quick-turn capability, especially compared to lithograph alternatives. Specific lead time depends on substrate, run size, and embellishments. Reach out with project details for a turnaround quote.
How does PSL compare to other decoration methods?
PSL wins on flexibility: widest range of substrates and embellishments, fastest customization, smallest run sizes. Direct print (silk screen) wins on durability and a no-label premium feel. Shrink sleeve wins on speed and 360° coverage. We do all three in-house and recommend the right one for your job.
